I like how you are projecting out possibilities that might occur as traditional LMS/enterprise systems become less evolved and students (and hopefully faculty!) become more inclined to use 2.0 tools. Something that struck me as particularly important here is the need for OpenID. It seems that some of the difficulties might be resolved if there was a way for a person to bridge their institution&#039;s enterprise system and the 2.0 services they use outside of the system. Interestingly, this connected space reminds me of a web-based &#039;starbucks&#039; - a type of third space - not school, not home, but in the middle.</description>
