		<description>It appears that D2L have had to remove the post to which Michael referred, following the receipt of a letter from Blackboard&#039;s lawyers.

It seems that rather than respond to the posting, Blackboard preferred to take action to silence the unfavourable commentary.  I can certainly understand D2L&#039;s decision to simply remove the post, rather than get caught up in a defamation action - another way for Blackboard to snipe at their opposition (rather than concentrating on just making a better product, and providing better support).

Not happy, Blackbard.</description>
