SAIP is a product designed to translate Peoplesoft-specific data structures into IMS LIS format. As such, it is necessarily Peoplesoft-specific. You'll have to talk to your own SIS vendor (Sungard, Datatel, or whomever) about translating their product-specific data structures into the LIS format.

Now, once you're in LIS format (using the SOAP binding), you can use Oracle Fusion Middleware to take those messages from your non-Oracle SIS, route them, monitor them, etc. But (unfortunately) we don't have any magic that can reach into any SIS, find the appropriate data structures, and translate them.

Hi,
i'm really interested in this kind of integration.
Just a doubt.. does SAIP use a standard specification only with LMS or with the SIS too? In other words: can i buy SIAP and use it with my not-Oracle SIS? Can i buy only the SAIP product and use it in my env ?

Thank you,
Sbaginov
