A great candid and honest interview! Excellent themes presented and I really like John's comment around making sure that technology doesn't become a barrier, rather, closing the gap by ensuring the system is integrated, from outcomes to course delivery to assessment and quality. Seems like a neat instructional design wizard in the new 9 system, also. I can imagine this will be of benefit to instructors in accelerating course design so they can spend more time with students as John also mentioned. Thanks for posting Michael.
